Faerie Butter

4 egg yolks
2 cups sugar
2 Tablespoons orange-flower water
2 sticks butter, softened
Beat together egg yolks and sugar; blend in the orange-flower water and butter. Force it through a cookie press to form decorative shapes, and serve on a plate at supper.
