Here are simple instructions for making this wonderfully beneficial formula:
2 teaspoons Hazelnut oil
2 teaspoons unrefined Rosehip Seed oil
2 teaspoons unrefined Avocado oil
2 drops Balsam Peru essential oil
4 drops Neroli essential oil
2 drops Palmarosa essential oil
2 drops Rose Otto essential oil
Most of these ingredients may be found at your local natural foods store, or online. And although this might look like an expensive and extensive ingredient list, it will make enough to last for a very long time.
1. Combine all ingredients in a 1-ounce dark glass bottle and cap tightly with a screw-type top. Shake vigorously to blend. Store in a cool, dark, dry cabinet for 2 weeks prior to use, so oils can synergize.
Yields approximately 1 ounce.
It is important not to store a dropper top in the bottle, as the rubber will degrade and allow the volatile therapeutic properties of the essential oils to evaporate. Reserve a separate dropper top just for this bottle.
For maximum potency, use within 6 months.
2. To use, cleanse the skin with a mild, super-fatted goat milk or herbal soap or a natural creamy cleanser of your choice. Then place 3 to 5 drops of the formula in your palm, mix with a dab of facial cream if desired, and massage into face and throat for 1 minute. Do this twice daily.
Helpful Hints: Please consult a health professional before using essential oils if you are pregnant, nursing, or have a serious medical condition. And please be sure to use only pure, all-natural essential oils, not perfume-grade or synthetic oils.
