Pine Nut Scrub

found inside the pine cone. These smooth, soft, white nuts make an
excellent skin-softening scrub that can be used all over your body and
is gentle enough for sensitive skin.
Ingredients:
1 cup pine nuts
2 Tablespoons light oil (for dry skin) or 2 Tablespoons spring
water
(for oily skin)
Directions:
In a blender or food processor, place the pine nuts and oil or
water; and process until finely ground. Use the grainy mixture to
cleanse your skin. Store any leftover in the refrigerator.
Yield: 4 oz, enough for one whole body treatment
